Originally from Kaioruan, Ms. Haddedi earned her master’s degree from the Advanced Institute of Computer Science and Management in Kairouan (ISIGK), before beginning her career as a coordinator with the Swiss company HC Consulting. She later worked as production manager with the French company Plug and Tell and as financial director of the French company Senergy. Throughout her career, she also worked as a professional trainer at the Advanced Institute of Technical Studies (ISET) in Kairouan.

In 2019, Ms. Haddedi decided to create her own online e-commerce platform to support regional artisans and producers of organic food who struggled to market their products in Tunisia.

Machmoom supports these Tunisian businesses by providing digital marketing, commercializing these products at national fairs and exhibitions, and ensuring higher profits from lower margins than traditional intermediaries.

To improve the quality of its services, reach more consumers, and provide professional and individualized digital display for each seller, Machmoom needed to upgrade its platform.

JOBS helped the company improve the design and functionality of its e-commerce platform, which allowed it to hire nine permanent employees, increase by 150% the number of visits to the platform, and attract customers from all over the country.

As a result, Machmoom enrolled 40 new artisans and farmers, and recorded a significant sales increase in 2022.
