Mohamed completed his degree in business management at the Mediterranean School of Business in Tunis in 2016 and studied business management in UC Santa Monica, California. Soon after his graduation, he engaged in successful entrepreneurial ventures in the medical tourism and pastry-manufacturing sectors.

In 2019, at the age of 26, Mohamed chose to divest from his previous businesses and embarked on a new journey. He partnered with Hamdi Koubaa, a fellow young engineer specializing in precision engineering, to co-found ESM. The two partners installed the latest equipment at their modern production facility in Bir Kassaa Mourouj in the governorate of Ben Arous. ESM uses advanced Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining to create custom metal parts according to customer specifications.

The company runs three shifts, operating around the clock for six days a week to meet the requirements of major multinational clients, such as Hutchinson and Safran. To accommodate its increasing demand and grow more competitive, ESM needed to expand its production facility and introduce international quality-management standards.

JOBS worked with ESM to implement international quality-management standards  specific to the aerospace industry (EN 9100), helping it gain additional business from its clients. JOBS also helped ESM negotiate a high-level investment deal to fund new production equipment as it expands.

As a result of JOBS’ assistance, the company increased its sales and created 48 new jobs.
